Unlike their more famous Barrier Canyon Pictograph neighbors down canyon, these Fremont petroglyphs get scant notice. The panels here exhibit some traces of possible Barrier Canyon Style art just as the down canyon neighbors exhibit some examples of Fremont Style art. This panel also echoes some features of the Sego Canyon Panels. These panels are of the back wall of an elevated shallow alcove. It appears that the ground level was once higher here and there may have been some sort of structure here in ancient times. Or not.
The stone surface here is not now nor ever was very patinated so the petroglyphs do not stand out and are more tone-on-tone in nature.
I have cropped out the apparent Barrier Canyon Style art and created pictures dedicated to it.
