The Cowboy Shop - Pinedale Wyoming
The Cowboy Shop was established in Pinedale, Wyoming in 1947. Since then, it has always been a family-run business, specializing in authentic western wear.
They carry "the real thing". If you want a REAL cowboy hat, like the real cowboys wear, and real cowboy (and cowgirl) boots, this is the place to go. They know it because they live it. They can even dress up your little cowboy or cowgirl in authentic shirts, hats, chaps and spurs. Just want Wrangler or Levi jeans, they have those too.
They carry women's clothing and western wear, silver and turquoise jewelry, buckles, Pendleton blankets, tack, saddles, spurs, horse-training books and videos, men's western shirts, dusters, Carhartt, western ties and scarves, and giftware.
They were nice enough to allow me to photograph around the store while in town September of 2012. They serve real cowboys, several of which came in while I was there.
