Tall Ships visit Baltimore
Last summer was the bi-centenial of the war of 1812. The Star Spangled Banner was composed by Francis Scot Key on a British ship in Baltimore harbor during the bombing of Fort McHenry. In celebration of this anniversary the tall ships from various nations converged on Baltimore in June of 2012.
